Take the 30-Day Phone Breakup Challenge.
*The full 30-day challenge is for people who are really committed to improving their relationship with their phone (and trust us: it will change your relationship). For this one, you need a copy of the book.
Pre-requisites: To get the most out of this 30-day challenge, you must have a copy of How to Break Up With Your Phone. And, if you want a head start, get an alarm clock that is not your phone. (Note: the first few days are designed to be standalone, so that you can do them as you wait for your copy to arrive.)
The 30-day Phone Breakup Challenge consists of a series of emails designed to support you as you make your way through the book. By the end, you will have "broken up" with your phone and created a new, healthier relationship with it. The goal is not to get rid of your phone completely; it's to keep what you love about it (or need), and get rid of what you don't, so that you're in control of how and when you use it.
The emails are designed to remind you of what you're supposed to be doing each day. The point is to help prevent you from doing what most people do when they read self-help books—namely, reading it through, thinking, "Wow, I should really try this!" . . . and then putting it down and never thinking about it again.
You'll receive a total of 20 emails over the next 30 days, starting when you sign up. Hopefully you'll stick with it—but should you change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Also: like all the challenges, this one is a lot more fun to do with other people. Invite others to join you!
